The Nautica New York City Triathlon consists of a 1500 meter point-to-point swim in the Hudson River, a 40K bike on the challenging Henry Hudson Highway and a scenic 10K run that finishes in Central Park. All athletes will follow the same course as part of either the Pro Race, the Elite Age Group Race, or the Age Group Race.
